With everyone at the bottom in the challange, let see where you are, and how many have already started to slack off
IThis is day 5 for me now...
push-ups/squats/crunches
25/35/35. I keep havving to take a break on my second set of pushups...but I do feel like my breaks are getting shorter
tell us where you are at, and how many did you ACTUALLY do?
PS: Dont forget to stretch before you do these. Dont want anyone being too sore

I did one sit-up today. I sat up and got out of bed. That counts, right? ;P

You do both sets at once? I should probably do that too instead of one before and one after bed.
But this morning I did one set of 22/32/32. Damn I'm a skinny fucker and the push ups are actually difficult ….. I'm so out of shape, lol.

Been sick with bronchitis most of the past month. Got better briefly only to get sick one week later. Damn it. Have had to limit gym time.

I did the crunches, squats and push-ups. Then I did a half hour on the gf's elliptical. This has been day 1 on the road to better health. Thanx peter black for the nudge off the couch, you may have saved my life......
